Born to a single unwed mother, Damon grew up well cared for but not well off. His mother worked several jobs to provide for the two of them, to make sure he was well fed and schooled. Because of this he tried his best to help her out, even at a young age. When he was in jr high, his mother met a man with three daughters, who ended up marrying his mother, helping them gain a more stable life. Though his step-father was not a bad man, he was very Pro-Registration and Anti-Mutant, mostly out of fear from propaganda. Because of this, when his mutation appeared at age 15, shit really hit the fan.

Progressed by the stress of living with a huge family and always worried about fucking that up, Damon found himself constantly slipping in all aspects of his life. His grades were dropping. His social life was slipping. He picked up smoking from some kids on the corner at the near by high school. He started to skip school to get away from his step sisters. His mother was at wits end, and his step-father didn't see eye to eye with him about world news and issues. Because of all the stress in his life, and worries, his mutation appeared, causing more chaos in an already chaotic household. At first it was small things, but then they progressed, especially if he was mad at someone. When it was discovered he was a mutant, his step-father called to have him taken in but Damon ran away before he found who would come to get him. Unknown to him it was not the police or some mutant lock down system, but Professor Xavier and his school.

While the Professor and his X-Men went to search for Damon, the young boys mutation made him very unpredictable and slippery to find or catch up to. Damon fell into a Pro-Mutant group and ran about with others, fighting for Mutant rights. He would later be drawn into the School for Gifted Youngsters for a short while, but he found it annoying to be tied down too long. He felt he could do more out in the world with the others fighting for their rights. However, he is generally 'friendly' to the Professor and his team or people. He's always willing to point someone in their direction that might need some help. In turn, it was made clear he was always welcome back to the school, even if just for a visit, or a bit of help.

Though Damon is built for the X-Men (first film) era, he can be adapted for most settings, though the 'punk' aspect might change a bit if it's pre the late 70's haha.

POWERS: When his mutation first manifested he could influence chaos in people or objects with a simple touch, though the chaos was not controlled. It could be as simple as touching a book shelf to cause a shelf itself to break and spill all it's contents on the ground, to tapping a person on the elbow and watching as they tripped on a sneaker lace, crashing into someone and making them spill their coffee on a person in a booth who happened to be on an important business call, which then went haywire and caused the stock market crash minutes later on a miscommunication. As he grew older, his 'Chaos' took on a form of a shadowy black crow, which allowed his chaos to take on some form of 'control' via thoughts for what he wanted to happen. The crow can cause things to happen from a distance instead of needing his own touch.

Appearance:

He is around 6'1" tall with an athletic but slender build. Dark brown hair naturally, but he tends to bleach it out to a white or sometimes dies it with a highlighter yellow. He's all comfortable in shredded jeans or plaids, hand made band tees, leather jackets, combat boots, and badly cut hair, kind of give no care aesthetic of Punk, no matter what 'era' it is. Despite the hard appearance and harder stares, he can be an extremely friendly and very loyal guy, to the right people.

I tend to follow what my RP partner likes best. Violence, fluff, slice of life, action, fighting and crack are all welcome. Assumed CR is welcome, so long as you give me the intel on how much assumed details are known. All ship interests are acceptable. M/F, M/M, or anything else is accepted. Other OCs are loved as are canon characters. This character was originally based on the Danger Days/Killjoy RP adventures, but was also built for the X-Men Cinematic Universe. He fits best in a 'standard' or apocalyptic 'earth' but can be modified else where. AU worlds and settings are always accepted.

Physical, emotional, mental contact is all accepted, though it depends on the person and situation. He's not going to lash out for a lot of things, but if you fuck with him he might. While the Player does not mind bad treatment, shit situations, torture or bad touching, he might! Fighting is a thing he loves to do and doesn't mind to bleed, do you? Death however, is something I'd rather talk over, but am not opposed to for plot reasons.
